Fountain Home Health (F.H.H.) provide registered nurse or a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The skilled nurse is a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse is a nurse with a training and experience in providing care outside the hospital or nursing home environment. The registered nurse is the patient health care team leader and coordinates all the services which the patient receives F.H.H. Nurse also communicates frequently with the patient physician to update their plan of care and treatment.

 

Services may include evaluation of the patients needs. Performances of skilled nursing procedures, education of patient , family members and caregivers on disease process, medications, diet; self care techniques and preventives strategies.

Our staffs has wound care experience including wound vac also were available for home IV infusion of antibiotics and hydrations with supervision of the ordering physician or our medical director.
